A stranger who seems to wander from place to place, wearing a trendy pinstriped suit, Converse low-tops, a heavy brown trenchcoat, occaisionally black plastic framed glasses. He bears odd mannerisms, knows way too much about many things, and seems to almost always be somewhat tied to that strange blue "Police Box" that pops up now and then in different places. However, to those who have travelled with this man, it's really hard to answer the question, "Who is he?" with anything other than, "He's The Doctor."
